About the Role

The Program Manager leads cross‑functional engineering and manufacturing programs from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, contractual requirements, and operational readiness. The role drives schedule, quality, and cost performance through structured project management, clear communication, proactive risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder leadership. A key focus includes maintaining high customer satisfaction, improving OTD, and resolving RMA and technical issues through data‑driven decision‑making.

Roles and Responsibilities include

  • Managing and developing project plans (10%)

  • Manage activities of a cross functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on time (10%)

  • Review status with the customer and the management team (10%)

  • Drive effective meetings with both internal and external teams (10%)

  • Timely resolution of issues and escalation as required to avoid delays in project completion (10%)

  • Ensure timely implementation of ECOs (10%)

  • Ensure proper closure of customer related A/R issues (10%)

  • Ensures program-related decisions are guided by the terms & conditions of the customer's contract (10%)

  • Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order (10%)

  • Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (RMA’s) (10%)

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Organizing programs and activities for our organization.

  • Developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction

  • Creating and managing long term strategic goals.

  • Overseeing and developing budgets and operating plans for programs

  • Scheduling projects for operational excellence.

  • Writing program funding proposals.

  • 3 years prior experience in both program management and team management.

  • Good computer software skills in Microsoft office suite.

  • A bachelor's degree is required.

  • Experience in problem solving techniques.

  • Preparing contingency plans.

Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):

  • Managing outsourcing and supply chain business.

  • Managing inventory control and forecasting demand planning.

  • Review of customer agreements and guidelines.

  • Mechanical structures and bill of materials.

  • Managing designs and pricing structure

  • Reconciling invoices and coordination of change management.

  • Engineering changes and revision control structure

  • Managing return material authorizations.

  • Communicating technical changes.
