3. User Obligations (Legal Compliance)
You agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, or share any information that:
1. Is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of privacy.
2. Violates intellectual property rights.
3. Is misleading or impersonates another person.
4. Threatens national security, public order, or sovereignty of India.
5. Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban without prior notice.
4. Content Takedown & Grievance Redressal
In compliance with Indian law:
1. We will remove unlawful content upon receiving actual knowledge (court order or government notice).
2. Users may report violations via our grievance mechanism.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

1. Failed transactions may be retried.
2. Successful payments will be confirmed via email.
3. No refunds for policy violations or account bans.
We may change prices of products and services offered on our Platform from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised prices.
15. Prohibited Commercial Use
1. No spam or unsolicited promotions.
2. No unauthorized advertising.
3. No misuse of platform for self-promotion.
Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of fees.
16. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by technical issues, ISPs, or external factors.
