Join us as a Digital Tool & Collaboration Expert (Working Student) and help shape how Enterprise Architecture (EA) is made visible and usable across a global company. You will work hands-on with Microsoft 365 tools and contribute to building a central architecture repository used in real transformation initiatives.
This role combines IT, data, design, and communication – ideal if you want to create solutions that are used by the business. You don’t need prior experience in Enterprise Architecture – we’ll guide you step by step and support you with regular feedback and mentoring.
What you will work on
Build and improve SharePoint-based EA repositories that become the central source of truth for applications, processes, and data
Help create Power Apps to support simple workflows (e.g. collecting information, feedback, or approvals)
Create Power BI dashboards that support decision-making for architecture and transformation initiatives
Embed Power BI dashboards into SharePoint and Teams so users can easily access EA insights
Help turn complex IT and architecture topics into clear, easy-to-understand content
Support internal communication, guidance pages, and user documentation
Tech Stack you’ll work with: SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, Teams
What you will learn
How Enterprise Architecture works in a global company and how it supports large scale transformation (how systems, processes and data work together)
Gain hands-on experience highly relevant for roles such as Business Analyst, Enterprise Architect, IT Consultant, or Data Analyst
Intercultural collaboration with global stakeholders (Europe, Japan, Americas)
Close collaboration with experienced Architects and transformation leads
How to present complex information in a clear and visual way
Why this role is valuable
You contribute to building the Enterprise Architecture foundation of a global company
Your work will be used by leadership and global teams – not just internal exercises
You gain practical experience in how architecture meets business needs, through scalable and modular processes, data, and applications
Flexible working hours that fit your studies
What we are looking for
You are a student and curious about digital tools, IT, or data
You enjoy working with MS365 (especially SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI)
You like structuring information and making things easier for others
You communicate clearly and enjoy creating content people understand
You are motivated to learn and take ownership of small topics
